Finding solar array locations is one of many Fortnite Challenges to complete.
It tasks you with visiting a solar array in the snow, desert, and the jungle in order to complete the challenge.
Note this particular challenge is no longer able to be completed. So what's changes since? In the new Season 3 Fortnite map, you can use whirlpools, sharks, visit the Catty Corner vault, and collect gnomes at Homely Hills as part of challenges.
Fortnite solar array locations at a glance
Across the map are three Fortnite solar array locations in the snow, jungle and desert, and your task as part of the challenge is visiting all three.
Here's where they are at a glance:
The Fortnite solar array locations are:
- East of the springs in the far north of the jungle
- East of Paradise Palms
- Just south-west of Frosty Flights
The challenge is visit any of these three over the course of as many matches as it takes.
Fortnite Desert Solar Array location
The Desert Solar Array location is west of Paradise Palms, on a hill, just before you reach John Wick's house.
Fortnite Snow Solar Array location
The Snow Solar Array location is found as part of Frosty Flights in the south-west corner of the map, just on the other side of the hangers.
Fortnite Jungle Solar Array location
The Jungle Solar Array location is found at the far north, just east of the hot springs.
Fortnite Season 3 has arrived, introducing Battle Pass skins, including Kit, Jules and Eternal Knight and a Aquaman skin - the latest challenge of which is finding the Coral Cove Trident location. There's also been new features on the new map - including whirlpools and sharks - and the Coral Buddies secret quest. There are also new challenges for you to complete, including finding driving between Retail Row and Pleasant Park in under four minutes and yarn. Cars and gas stations have also been released during this season!
