Fortnite's map has been updated with a number of new locations and changes with the arrival of Season 3 and its new Battle Pass skins.
The map represents the theme of the new Season perhaps more than any season before it - with huge swathes flooded following the events of The Device event.
As with Chapter 2 Season 1 and Season 2, you have to visit all of these locations in person before they reveal themselves on the map. But if you want to know exactly where you're going, this map page will come in handy.

Here's Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2's new flooded map:
Within it are nine hidden named locations which only appear when you visit for the first time:
- The Fortilla
- Rickety Rig
- Sweaty Sands
- Salty Springs
- The Authority
- Pleasant Park
- Frenzy Farm
- Steamy Stacks
- Catty Corner
Note once you've done with these, there will be some locations left over to uncover. These are tied to specific landmarks, and once you found the landmark within that region, the surrounding greyed out areas will reveal themselves.

Fortnite Season 3 has arrived, introducing Battle Pass skins, including Kit, Jules and Eternal Knight and a Aquaman skin. In this new map, you can use whirlpools, sharks, visit the Catty Corner vault, and the gnomes at Homely Hills as part of challenges.
These locations will no doubt all feature in Challenges as part of the Fortnite Season 2 Battle Pass over time - so best get used to them.
