Suicune Raid Day is the latest of a series of Pokémon Go Raid event days, with legendary birds, Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres in 2018 and since then the likes of Gengar and Lapras.
It's a great chance to get your hands on Suicune, the legendary water type, and possibly find a shiny variant.
Here's everything we know about Suicune Raid Day, including the Suicune Raid Day start time, and, below that, the best counters for Suicune.

Suicune Raid Day start day, start time and length
Suicune Raid Day will take place on Saturday, August 17th, and will have a start time of 4pm to 7pm local time, giving you ample opportunity to catch as many Suicune's as you like.
The Suicune Raid Day comes shortly after the Go Fest in Yokohama, and was released as a Global Challenge reward.
How does Suicune Raid Day work?
All Gyms will have Raids spawn for the duration of the event, and you are free to Raid as many as you can fit into the time.
To help, there are five free Raid Passes on offer. After that, you have to use Premium Raid Passes to continue participating.
Though - at the time of writing at least - there are no exclusive moves as part of the Suicune Raid Day, there's a (rare) chance Shiny Suicune will make an appearance - estimated at about one in twenty if previous event days are anything to go by.
Here's how Shiny Suicune looks (thanks to iemandiets on reddit):
Team Rocket Invasions,Shadow Pokémon and the A Troubling Situation quest, are here! There have also been several other new exciting additions in the game, including shiny Rayquaza available through Raids and an on-going series of Pokémon Go Global Challenges. In the meantime, we have Jump-Start Research quest and Field Research, which can help with some of the harder-to-find Gen 4 Pokémon. The release of Gen 5 Pokémon has also been hinted at! Elsewhere, you can read up on the latest the currently available Legendary Pokémon, and we've given our guide to the best Pokémon in Pokémon Go for attacking and defending another revamp, too.
