Genshin Impact 1.3 update hits early Feb

Genshin Impact's 1.3 update comes out on 3rd February.
As part of the update, MiHoYo's hugely popular free-to-play open world game gets a new seasonal event, Lantern Rite. The teaser trailer is below:
You get to assist Liyue's locals with preparations for the festival, and can attend the grand ceremony on the night of the first full moon of the year. Expect to see plenty of lanterns light up the night sky.
Meanwhile, the streets of Liyue will be packed with food stalls and activities, including a new tower defense strategy game called Theater Mechanicus.
Lantern Rite adds Xiao, the Vigilant Yaksha, as a brand new five-star playable character. Here's the official blurb on Xiao:
"Wielding a polearm and the power of Anemo, Xiao is a fierce adeptus warrior whose elemental burst grants him increased damage at the cost of continuously draining his health. During the Lantern Rite, Travelers will have the chance to accompany Xiao for a day in the life of a guardian of Liyue, offering a rare glimpse into his life of solitude over the past millennia."
