Assassin's Creed details

DLC, co-op, date estimate.

Ubisoft's PlayStation 3 stealth-action title Assassin's Creed will offer downloadable content, co-operative missions and should be out in Europe at the beginning of 2007, according to the US Official PlayStation mag.

As you will know if you've been following our coverage of the game since E3, Assassin's Creed is an old-days stealth-'em-up set in amongst the crusades, where players disguise themselves and take advantage of the crowd to take people out.

If you've not been keeping up, now might be the time to start before it sneaks up and stabs you in the wallet. There's an E3 trailer on Eurogamer TV as well as a video interview with Ubisoft Montreal creative director Patrice Desilets.

On top of that, we've got a big preview based on the game's behind-closed-doors E3 showing.
