Bethesda confirms Fallout 4 1080p30 on consoles, unrestricted on PC
Will make "every effort" to bring mod support to PS4.UPDATE: Bethesda has clarified that, as expected, Fallout 4 will run 1080p30 on consoles but be unrestricted on PC.
Fallout 4 is 1080p & 30fps on Xbox One and PS4. Resolution and FPS are not limited in any way on the PC.

ORIGINAL STORY: Fallout 4 will run at 1080p30 "on everything", game director Todd Howard has said - presumably referring to PS4 and Xbox One versions, not PC.
The resolution and frame-rate he confirmed to Digital Spy at E3.
It sounds like a statement of parity for the two consoles, whereas PC owners will presumably be able to tinker and improve their game's performance.
Howard went on to reveal Bethesda's intention of getting Fallout 4 mod support on PS4 (it has only been confirmed for PC and Xbox One). "We will be," he said. "Well, we're going to make every effort to. If Sony says no, we won't, but I don't think they will."
But mod support won't arrive until "early 2016", and it will arrive on PC first, he said. "Then we're going to make that work on the Xbox One, and then we're going to do the PS4 version."
Fallout 4 launches 10th November 2015.
