How to unlock the Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle in Warzone and Vanguard

The task to get your hands on the Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle is fairly easy without any challenges involved.

In order to unlock the Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle in Warzone and Vanguard, you need to get to tier 31 of the season one battle pass.

This is common occurrence with new battle passes that introduce new weapons as tier rewards. For this, we recommend to just play either Warzone or Vanguard across any modes of your preference. It will take a while, but your normal progression should take you there.

Best Vanguard, Warzone Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle loadout and attachments

Below are our recommendations for an optimal Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle loadout, as well as the corresponding levels for each:

  • Muzzle: G28 Compensator
  • Barrel: 420mm Empress
  • Optic: ZF4 3.5x Rifle Scope
  • Stock: Zac Adjustable
  • Underbarrel: Bipod
  • Magazine: 13mm AM 10 Round Mags
  • Ammo Type: Concussive Ammo
  • Rear Grip: Fabric Grip
  • Proficiency: Focus
  • Kit: Fully Loaded (Unlocks at level 42)

Let's start with the muzzle. You'll want to equip the G28 Compensator for this one, adding +1 recoil control - no cons!

Onto the barrel. We opted for the 420mm Empress, which is highly accurate and controllable, adds scope sway and gun bob and improves aim down sight speed. Sprint to fire speed and hip fire accuracy are hit in return, but not by much.

The optic is up for preference - we've found the ZF4 3.5x Rifle Scope to be a well rounded option for this, adding +1 recoil control and +1 accuracy, with a hit to ADS speed.

In the stock slot, we went for the Zac Adjustable, as it adds +2 initial accuracy and recoil, +1 ADS speed and +1 recoil recovery, and +3 aim walking movement speed. In return, you'll be hit by -3 hip fire accuracy, -1 movement speed and -1 accuracy and recoil during sustained fire.

The Bipod attachment makes for an optimal choice in terms of the underbarrel. It adds +4 to recoil control when mounted, crouched or prone, while only decreasing -1 sprint to fire speed.

For the magazine, we recommend the 13mm AM 10 Round Mags attachment. It adds 10 rounds with the cost of -2 reload quickness and -1 movement speed.

Then, Concussive Ammo makes for a great ammo type as it adds +1 suppression.

As for the rear grip, we'll be gaining +1 ADS speed, +1 sprint to fire speed and +1 hip fire recoil recovery thanks to the Fabric Grip. Only accuracy is affected by -1 for using this attachment.

When it comes down to proficiency, Focus will help you with +1 flinch resistance.

Lastly, we opted for Fully Loaded in the kit category, making you start with maximum reserve ammo.

Best Vanguard, Warzone Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle class setup, perks and equipment

Here's our choices for the best items - such as equipment and Perks - to make the best Gorenko Anti-Tank Rifle class setup in Vanguard and Warzone:

  • Perk 1: E.O.D. (Unlocks at level 1)
  • Perk 2: Overkill (Unlocks at level 38)
  • Perk 3: Amped (Unlocks at level 1)
  • Secondary: MP40 (Unlocks by reaching Player Level 16)
  • Tactical: Heartbeat Sensor (Unlocks at level 1)
  • Lethal: Claymore (Unlocks at level 1)

For the BAR, we recommend opting for E.O.D., as it will help to mitigate damage from non-killstreak explosives and fire.

We recommend opting for Overkill as the second perk. On this occasion we went for the MP40 as our secondary choice. For anyone who suddenly shows up close to you, switching to this to better focus on close range makes for an intriguing combo. But again, it's opt to you!

For the third perk, we went for Amped over the others to ensure that you're switching between the two weapons as swiftly as possible.

Lastly, the Heartbeat Sensor is a perfect companion to prepare yourself ahead of time or track anyone who dared to escape from your line of sight. In case anyone manages to sneak past your vicinity, however, having a Claymore placed near you should provide for a helping hand when needed.
