PES 2019 mysteriously pulled from PlayStation Plus July line-up

You now get Detroit: Become Human instead.

PlayStation has made a last-minute change to its July PlayStation Plus squad line-up - and it has dropped PES 2019 in favour of Detroit: Become Human's Deluxe Edition.

PES 2019 was supposed to have been available to PS Plus members today. Instead, Pro Evo fans got a hastily-updated PlayStation blog post with all references to the game crossed through.

"We are making a swap to the PS Plus games lineup for July," an update to the post reads. "This month, we are adding Detroit: Become Human Digital Deluxe Edition, which also includes Heavy Rain, to the July games lineup instead of Pro Evolution Soccer 2019. We apologise for any inconvenience."

No further explanation was given for the change.

July's other game, indie racer Horizon Chase Turbo, remains available.

Both games are free to PlayStation Plus subscribers from 2nd July to 5th August.
