UK chart: London 2012 Olympics tie-in bolts to second number one

Risen 2 surfaces in 14th.

Break out the flags! Dangle the bunting! Pick up a copy of London 2012: The Official Video Game! The Great British public has been Olympics crazy over the past seven days - enough to propel Sega's video game tie-in to a second number one.

It was all too much for piratical role-player Risen 2, last week's only new release. It could only muster a 14th place finish. Still, it's a better placing than the original Risen - that launched in 29th back in 2009.

The rest of the chart's top flight remained largely unchanged. Lego Batman 2 survived in second, while the Mario & Sonic London 2012 Olympics for 3DS and Wii remained third.

That left the usual suspects to round out the top 10: Batman: Arkham City, Skyrim, Assassin's Creed: Revelations, Spider-Man, Battlefield 3 and Ghost Recon: Future Soldier.
