Limbo headed for PlayStation 4, too

UPDATE: Noir you see it - available today.

UPDATE 25/2/15 4.20pm: Without fanfare, Limbo has quietly launched today on PlayStation 4. You can buy it now via the PlayStation Store for £7.39.

The new version includes 1080p support, similar to its recent Xbox One brother.

ORIGINAL STORY 5/1/15 12.00pm: Noir platforming hit Limbo will soon be available on PlayStation 4, a new ratings board listing suggests.

The new PEGI rating was granted on 1st January, although there's been no official word yet of a PS4 release.

Originally launched for Xbox 360 in 2010, Limbo was subsequently reanimated for PlayStation 3, Vita, iOS, Steam and - late last year - Xbox One.

Early Xbox One adopters were gifted a free copy of the game in November. The Xbox One version then became available publicly to buy shortly after.

Limbo developer Playdead's next project, another 2D platformer titled Inside, will launch as an Xbox timed-exclusive at some point later this year.
