Chili Peppers and Rush for Rock Band

And Vesuvius, but it wouldn't fit.

Five new tunes have hit the ground strumming on Rock Band's roster this week, pushing the rockometer right up to eleven. Or ten and a half, maybe.

There's "Snow (Hey Oh)" and "Tell me Baby" by ageing hipsters Red Hot Chili Peppers, and "Closer to the Heart" and "Working Man (Vault Edition)" by Rush, with the last one being "Promised Land" by entirely made up band Vesuvius.

The Vesuvius track is a pocket-soothing zero quid, while the others are a fairly standard and non-eyebrow-raising 160 Microsoft Points, or roughly GBP 1.36 / EUR 1.92.

Personally, we're massively in favour of "Closer to the Heart" by Rush, for reasons the Internet can help us with. Sadly, a Bubbles player model is, as yet, unavailable.
