The Droughts Dead Claptrap locations in Borderlands 3

The Droughts contains two dead Claptrap units for you to uncover.

You can find one Claptrap unit on your way to Ascension Bluff.

Stop off at the Catch-A-Ride and Fast Travel point pit stop area directly south on the map from the entrance of Ascension Bluff.

Just south from the vending machines and Catch-A-Ride station, you'll find the dead Claptrap unit onto top of a broken down car.

The second Claptrap unit in The Droughts can be found in the racetrack north of Ellie's Scrapyard. This is also where you 'acquire' a vehicle.

Head to the eastern edge of this racetrack and you'll find a small outcrop that curves around the back of this track.

Go down this path and you'll find the Claptrap unit hanging upside down from a crane.

For each Claptrap unit you find in The Droughts, you'll receive:

Ascension Bluff Dead Claptrap location in Borderlands 3

There is only one Dead Claptrap in Ascension Bluff and it's on the road leading directly up to the Holy Broadcast Centre.

Go through the barrier that prevents you from driving a vehicle up to the Holy Broadcast Centre and follow the road.

You'll quickly come to a yellow container. Go around the back and use the car to climb on top of it.

Once you're on top of the container, you'll be able to find the Claptrap robot attached to the telegraph pole.

For finding this Claptrap, you'll receive:

Meridian Outskirts Dead Claptrap location in Borderlands 3

You only have to find one Dead Claptrap in the Meridian Outskirts.

The quickest way to find this Claptrap Unit is to head south from the Meridian Outskirts Fast Travel point - not the Drop Pod one.

Keep following the path along until you reach a cave in the southern wall.

Head inside this cave and kill the Ratch that attack you. Once these creatures are dead, you'll find the Claptrap Unit stuck in one of the nests on the wall.

Upon finding this Claptrap unit, you'll receive:

Meridian Metroplex Dead Claptrap location in Borderlands 3

There is only one Dead Claptrap for you to find in the Meridian Metroplex.

To find this Claptrap head north from where you enter the Meridian Metroplex, until you reach a crossroads.

Follow the left hand road around and look for the yellow van. Behind this yellow van you'll find a set of stairs.

The Claptrap unit is lying dead at the bottom of these stairs.

For fining this dead Claptrap, you'll be rewarded with:

Athenas Dead Claptrap locations in Borderlands 3

There are two dead Claptrap units for you to find on Athenas.

The first dead Claptrap unit can be found in the largest part of the Windward Plaza. Well, slightly off to the side of it.

When you reach the main section of this area, you'll notice that there is a small house on a rocky outcrop, connected to the rest of the courtyard with a bridge.

Head to this house and start going down the bridge. As you head towards the house a Pyrotech Heavy will emerge from the house.

Defeat the Pyrotech Heavy and continue your way to the house to find the dead Claptrap unit on the sofa outside.

You can find the second Dead Claptrap unit when you reach the Anchorhold.

Head through the first courtyard into the first main section of the Anchorhold. Look to your left immediately upon entering this area and you'll see a building with a set of stairs.

Go up these stairs and then use the boxes at the top to climb up onto the roof.

On top of this roof you'll find the Dead Claptrap unit.

For each of the dead Claptrap units you find on Atheneas, you'll receive:

Skywell-27 Dead Claptrap locations in Borderlands 3

There are two Dead Claptraps hidden away on Skywell-27.

The first Dead Claptrap you encounter will be in the area you reach by climbing through the maintenance shafts.

Above the area where you fight the Cult Fanatics, you will find two rocky outcrops.

Climb up the one nearest the building, which is on the left-hand side of this area.

When you reach the top you will see the Dead Claptrap unit tied to a pole, which is attached to the other rock. Perform a running jump to reach the other rock and retrieve the Dead Claptrap unit.

The second Dead Claptrap can be found on the lowest floor of Skywell-27. Leave the cave, Fuel Processing, you enter when you fall down the chute to where you fight the Maliwan forces during the Space-Laser Tag, the eighth chapter of Space-Laser Tag.

Head into the right-hand building and up the stairs inside.

Once you reach the top of these stairs, turn around to find an alcove in the wall.

Jump across into this little room to find the Claptrap unit.

For each of the dead Claptrap units, you'll receive:

Atlas HQ Dead Claptrap location in Borderlands 3

There is only one Dead Claptrap for you to find in the Atlas HQ.

This Dead Claptrap unit is located on the second floor of the first room in the main Atlas building.

In the first main room of Atlas HQ, you'll find two staircases - one on either side of the building. Take the right-hand staircase for quicker Claptrap access.

When you reach the top of the stairs, immediately turn left to enter the bar is located on this upper floor.

Next jump over the bar to find the broken down Claptrap unit.

For finding the Claptrap unit, you'll be rewarded with:

Neon Arterial Dead Claptrap location in Borderlands 3

In Neon Arterial there is one Dead Claptrap unit for you to find in the abandoned train station.

Go to the Green Diamond platform and kill any bandits who decide to attack you.

You'll find the Dead Claptrap on the train tracks in the middle of this area. Just make sure a train isn't coming when you decide to pick it up.

Finding this Claptrap unit will reward you with:

Lectra City Dead Claptraps locations in Borderlands 3

If you want to visit Lectra City, then you need to talk to Moxxi on Sanctuary III and start the Kill Killavolt mission.

The first Dead Claptrap unit can be found by heading right after you enter Lectra City.

Climb up the container splashed with paint and then take the stairs up to the next floor level to find the Dead Claptrap on top of a shack roof.

For finding this Claptrap unit you'll receive:

The second Dead Claptrap is located in the square of Lectra City, which contains the main staircase into the abandoned underground.

Head down this staircase and turn left to find the Claptrap unit sitting between two signs.

Floodmoor Basin Dead Claptraps locations in Borderlands 3

In the Floordmoor Basin of Eden-6 there are two Dead Claptrap units for you to find.

The first can be found along the road, at the bottom of the hill, directly east of Knotty Peak.

Look for a large clump of rock surrounded by roots.

Once you've found that climb up onto the roots, but stay along the bottom of the rock. Trapped between the rocks and the roots, you'll find the Claptrap unit.

For this Claptrap, you'll be rewarded with:

The second Dead Claptrap unit is in Lumberton Junction, which is directly north of Knotty Peak.

It's a good idea to take out all the bandits in this area, before you go searching for the Claptrap unit.

Once you've taken out all the bandit head to the walkway on the top-left hand side of the Junction.

Below this walkway, you'll find the Dead Claptrap unit.

For finding this Claptrap unit, you'll receive:

The Anvil Dead Claptraps locations in Borderlands 3

In The Anvil you'll be able to find two Dead Claptrap units.

The first Claptrap unit you'll be able to find in the first actual room of the prison you visit.

When you enter this area, immediately head left and crouch down beneath the half-open door.

Next, take the door on the right-hand side of this new room to find the Claptrap unit lying face down in a puddle of water.

For finding this Dead Claptrap unit, you'll receive:

• 5,944 XP

The second Dead Claptrap can be found in the section of the Anvil that can be reached by taking the far-left hand door from the large courtyard area.

Once you're in this area follow the corridor around the corner and then head through the first door on the right-hand side.

In this room you'll be able to find the Claptrap unit laid out across a table.

Taking parts from this Dead Claptrap will reward you with:

Jakobs Estate Dead Claptraps locations in Borderlands 3

On the grounds of the Jakobs Estate, you'll find two Dead Claptrap units.

The first Dead Claptrap unit is located in a side room, which is connected to the room who visit before you fight Billy the Anointed.

To reach this room you'll have to travel through the Jakobs Manor.

At the bottom of the stairs leading to this room, you'll find the Dead Claptrap unit.

For finding this Claptrap unit, you'll receive:

The second Dead Claptrap is located in the grotto beneath the Jakobs Manor.

This grotto can be reached by either taking the path through the Jakobs Manor or by heading directly north from the Fast Travel Station and crossing a bridge.

Once you're in the grotto take the passageway into the side of the wall to reach the main cavern.

In the grotto itself follow the wall anti-clockwise until you find the Dead Claptrap lying up against it.

For retrieving parts from Dead Claptrap, you'll receive:

Voracious Canopy Dead Claptrap location in Borderlands 3

There is only one Dead Claptrap for you to find the Voracious Canopy and its located in the cavern opposite the entrance to the crashed ship.

When you reach this area head into the caverns behind the waterfall.

You will quickly reach a ledge with a splash of orange paint on it. Climb up this ledge and the ones after it to find the Dead Claptrap unit.

For recovering parts from this Claptrap, you'll receive:

Ambermire Dead Claptraps locations in Borderlands 3

In the Ambermire you'll be able to find two Dead Claptrap units.

The first Dead Claptrap unit is located in the western side of the mire.

Head forward from the entrance of the Ambermire, until you reach a small house.

In the webs attached to this building you'll find the Dead Claptrap.

For finding this Claptrap, you'll receive:

The second Dead Claptrap unit can be found in the swampland west of the main bandit fort in Ambermire.

When you reach the entrance of the fort, head left and keep going left until you see a large tree with a container at its roots.

Next to this container you'll find the Dead Claptrap.

Blackbarrel Cellars Dead Claptrap location in Borderlands 3

There is only one Dead Claptrap to find the Blackbarrel Cellars and it's located in the first large room you visit.

After entering this room immediately head down the stairs on your left.

Down these stairs you'll find the Dead Claptrap waiting for you on a table.

After finding this Claptrap unit, you'll receive:

Devil's Razor Dead Claptrap location in Borderlands 3

There is only one Dead Claptrap unit for you to find in Devil's Razor, which is located in the bandit camp opposite where the side mission, Buff Film Buff, is started.

Enter the bandit camp, staying on the ground level, run to the top-left hand corner. Here you'll find two containers.

Head inside the open one and then look to your right to find the Claptrap unit.

For finding this Claptrap unit, you'll receive:

The Splinterlands Dead Claptrap location in Borderlands 3

There's only one Dead Claptrap in The Splinterlands and you can find on the hill directly south of the bandit camp containing a roller coaster.

If you're having trouble finding this hill, then look for the water tower near the roller coaster bandit camp and climb the hill behind it.

The Claptrap Unit is stuffed into a tire near the destroyed car on top of the hill.

Finding this Claptrap Unit will reward you with:

Carnivora Dead Claptrap location in Borderlands 3

At Carnivora there is only one Dead Claptrap unit for you to find and its located in the second main area of Carnivora.

In this area you'll find an open container next to a bar.

Drop down the hole inside this container and you'll find the Claptrap unit attached to part of the wall.

For finding this Claptrap, you'll be rewarded with:

Guts of Carnivora Dead Claptrap location in Borderlands 3

Inside the Carnivora itself, you'll find a Dead Claptrap unit in the area just before you fight the Agonizer 9000.

You'll find the Dead Claptrap unit for the conveyor belt in this area.

For this salvaging this Claptrap, you'll receive:

Konrad's Hold Dead Claptraps locations in Borderlands 3

There are two Dead Claptrap units for you to find in Konrad's Hold.

The first can be found in the area just beyond the Turntide Shed.

Go to the far right-hand corner of this area to find a conveyor belt leading to the next floor of a building.

Look to your right and you'll find the Claptrap left in a mine cart.

The second Dead Claptrap unit of Konrad's Hold can be found in the gully where the Crimson Radio tower can also be found.

To reach this area cross the bridge connecting the two sections of Konrad's Hold and, once you're on the other side, drop down into the gully.

You might want to kill some of Varkids in this area, before you go searching for the Claptrap unit.

The broken Claptrap is waiting for you on a small metal platform along the southern edge of the cliff in this area.

For finding both Claptrap unit, you'll be rewarded with:

Cathedral of the Twin Gods Dead Claptrap location in Borderlands 3

You'll find one Dead Claptrap unit in the building that connects the second and third aim area of the Cathedral of the Twin Gods.

In this small building, you'll find a small container that will allow you to climb onto the level above you.

Up there you'll find a door covered in wooden planks that you can easily break with your melee attack.

Take the staircase up to the next floor to find the Claptrap unit attached to the Children of the Vault symbol between the two bunk beds.

For retrieving the parts from this Claptrap, you'll receive:

Desolation's Edge Dead Claptraps locations in Borderlands 3

In Desolation's Edge you'll be able to recover two Dead Claptrap units.

The first Dead Claptrap can be found near the ruins to the east of Typhon's camp.

To reach these ruins go up the hill that has the Catch-A-Ride on it. There you'll be able to cut your way through some vegetation to create a pathway further into the ruins.

Follow the ruins along until you reach the largest part of the ruins.

From there take the pathway on your left and you will quickly find the Dead Claptrap stuck in a tree.

The second Dead Claptrap unit can be found in the middle of the large plain in Desolation's Edge.

Find the crashed ship and you'll find the Claptrap unit.

For finding these Claptraps, you'll receive:

Tazandeer Ruins Dead Claptraps locations in Borderlands 3

Within the Tazandeer Ruins you'll be able to find two more Dead Claptrap units.

The first Dead Claptrap unit can be found in the area directly after you leave the first ruin.

Once you've walked down the last flight of steps, head to your left and keep going until you run into some of the local wildlife.

After you've taken care of the attacking monsters, head up the pathway leading to the top-left hand corner of this part of the area.

At the end of this path you'll find the Dead Claptrap unit stuck in some vines.

The second Dead Claptrap unit is located in the area directly below the second set of ruins you visit.

To reach this area take the first left-hand pathway you encounter.

Keep following this pathway until you reach a crossroads. From there you will want to take the right-hand pathway, followed directly by the next right-hand path.

At the end of this new road, you'll find the Dead Claptrap at the bottom of a waterfall.

Every time you find a Dead Claptrap unit, you'll receive:

The Pyre of Stars Dead Claptrap (s) location (s) in Borderlands 3

There is only one Dead Claptrap unit in The Pyre of Stars and you can find it on the platform after where you place the Vault Key from Eden-6.

When you reach this platform you will want to take out all the attacking enemies before you go and find the Claptrap unit.

Once these enemies are dead, head to the left-hand edge of this area and drop down onto a small ledge.

Here, along with some loot boxes, you'll find the Claptrap unit.

Finding this Claptrap unit will reward you with:
