Rygjaflke Fly Agaric mushroom location and where to find the puzzle

The Rygjaflke Fly Agaric puzzle can be found on the small crescent-shaped island in the north of the Rygjaflke region. It's just to the south of the Deserted Chalet - which we also have a page on, if you're after the Deserted Chalet key location.

You'll spot three stone statues in the woods, with a table and a circle of stones in front of them - and some slightly dubious mushrooms in the middle.

This is a Fly Agaric puzzle, if you're not familiar. There are several around the world of Valhalla, and they each have more or less the same format: eat the mushrooms, and run through some magic gates in the right order, to earn a reward. In this case, your reward is 700XP and... not a lot else. But it does mark this Mystery off as completed on the map.

Read on for the solution.

Assassin's Creed: Valhalla Rygjaflke Fly Agaric puzzle solution - which gates to run through in what order

This Fly Agaric puzzle is simple enough to solve, once you know what you're doing, but as there's a good chance it's your first one, we explain the method for you below.

Rygjaflke Fly Agaric puzzle solution:

First, read the note in front of the statues, which mentions three worlds in a specific order. Thruthheim, of Thor; Freyja's Folkvang; and the All-Father (Odin)'s Gladsheim.

You probably get the hint, but your job is to eat the mushrooms, then run through the gates labelled Thor, then Freyja, then Odin, in that order.

Thor's is found to your right, as you look at the three statues, at 3 o'clock. It looks like this:

Threyja's is just to the left of the three statues as you look at them, at 11 o'clock. It looks like this:

Finally Odin's is behind you and to your left, as you look at the three statues, at about 7 o'clock. It looks like this:

Run through the blue glowy bit of those gates in that order, and you'll complete the Mystery, good job.

Before you leave this little island, be sure to go complete the Wealth quest to find the Deserted Chalet key, which is just to the north, for a handy reward.
