Tool set released for Dragon Age

Build new campaigns, quests, cinematics.

BioWare has released the tool set for its monster RPG Dragon Age: Origins on PC.

The software suite allows you to create new campaigns, quests and cinematic sequences using the game engine. You can either use the existing Dragon Age artwork or your own.

You get camera, voice and lip-syncing tools to make cut-scenes and full control of creature AI in combat. The whole thing is supported by the new BioWare Social Network, where the content-creation community offers tutorials and content updates for the tool set, as well as chance to chat and share with other creators.

It's BioWare's first release for RPG modders since it served that community to such great effect with Neverwinter Nights in the early 2000s.
