Street Fighter IV in homes this winter

Early next year, says Capcom.

Capcom has told Eurogamer that console and PC versions of Street Fighter IV will arrive this winter, but not this year.

The official line is "winter '09", which means early next year according to a spokesperson, although there's nothing more specific just yet.

If you can't wait that long, then head to the Eurogamer Expo in London next week, where we'll be offering hands-on time with Street Fighter IV on Xbox 360 and arcade machines of the same. Capcom will be bringing playable copies of Resident Evil 5 along, too.

Alternatively, head over to our Street Fighter IV gamepage for bundles of coverage.
