Today's best Xbox One games deals

Games for under £5.

Here are the finest Xbox One games deals out and about right now, including titles chock-full of cowboys, cult leaders and disco mats. Let's take a look at the best prices across retailers, including a raft of games for under a tenner - and even a couple for less than a fiver.

Let's start with the big titles. You can nab a huge fantasy RPG double-pack of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Dark Souls 3 for £16.85 in total at Simply Games.

Embark on a cosmic odyssey with procedural sci-fi adventure No Man's Sky, down to £19.99 on Xbox One at Argos.

No Man's Sky

Western caper Red Dead Redemption 2 has finally been reduced to £36 at Amazon, while its precursor Red Dead Redemption: Game of the Year Edition has been discounted to £14.86 at ShopTo.

Prowl the streets in search of prey in action-RPG Vampyr, where you play a recently turned Child of The Night grappling with a newfound blood-lust. Snap it up for £12.99 at Simply Games.

Vampyr

Psychedelic ultra-violent shooter Wolfenstein 2 is still in clearance for £12.49 in Argos, worth picking up if you fancy some carnage. We love you, sweet orange laser death beam.

There's also epic fantasy adventure Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Special Edition, now available for its lowest price of £16.85 at ShopTo.

On the simulation front, gorgeous town-crafter Cities: Skylines is only £17.85 at Simply Games. Furthermore, create lives and destroy them in creative ways with The Sims 4, currently £19 at AO.

Lurid fighting game Tekken 7 has been reduced to £13.99 at Base. The latest addition to the series features mega corporations, battle arenas and some very dodgy musical numbers, as well as a host of fighters both competent and ridiculous to choose from.

Tekken 7

Now on to those sub-£10 deals. First up, explore nuked-out wastes to the sound of jaunty tunes with Fallout 4 for £7.49 at Argos. Or try out fantasy football of the highest order with Blood Bowl 2 on Xbox One for £9.99 at Base.

Strange occult adventure Yesterday Origins might also be worth a try: it's currently £9.99 at Base, which also has frantic shooter Sunset Overdrive for £8.29.

Fallout 4 - meet dogmeat!

Grab sci-fi action-RPG Mass Effect Andromeda for £8.85 or play a sinister assassin in Dishonored 2: Limited edition, currently £8.99 at Base. If you prefer straightforward kill-shots, Hitman 2 is down to around £20 at Base.

On the other end of the scale, you can be a lovely wolf goddess in the beautifully rendered world of Okami HD, currently £9.85 at the same retailer.

Meanwhile, horrifying adventure series the Outlast Trinity is £9.99, definitely a series to play with the lights off and no-one to hear you scream.

In a similar horror vein, there's also zombies and disease in Resident Evil 6: HD Edition, currently £10.85 at Base.

The Dungeon Keeper-inspired Dungeons 3: Extremely Evil Edition has also been reduced to £7.99 at Base.

Resident Evil 6

On the super cheap front, we have South Park: The Stick of Truth for £5.86 at ShopTo, and oldie but goldie Titanfall 2, which is under a fiver at Simply Games.

Whatever games you choose, be sure you have the required space with our Xbox One hard drive and storage guide. Happy deals hunting everyone!
