The new God of War hits PS4 in April

Father and done.

The new God of War game comes out on 20th April, Sony has announced.

The PlayStation 4-exclusive has a new trailer, below, to coincide with the announcement. There's some fresh gameplay in there.

This new God of War, from Sony's Santa Monica studio, is a very different God of War game. It revolves around series star Kratos and his relationship with his son, who accompanies him on his adventures.

Here's an interesting thing about the new God of War: the game has no camera cuts. Our Chris Bratt interviewed developer Cory Barlog at E3 2017 to find out why.
