The Division graphics mod is already making the game look better

1440p60 oh my.

Ubisoft's online shooter The Division isn't due to release for another month, but players are already tuning up the game's graphics.

The Division's recent closed beta was enough for fans to tweak its visuals using the SweetFX mod, previously applied to Grand Theft Auto 5 and Star Wars Battlefront.

That's not to say The Division lacks a graphical punch already - PC players are more concerned about players cheating to give themselves godlike powers.

But where there's a will - and a capable PC - there's a way. YouTube user Xenthor Xi has footage of how The Division looks with SweetFX enabled.

The Division is now back to being unavailable, but it looks like a second beta for the game will take place later this month - and this time be open to all players - meaning further mods are likely.
