Rayman Legends Gamescom trailer is as goofy, charming and weird as you'd expect

Tickle your foes via the touchscreen.

A new Rayman Legends trailer has surfaced for Gamescom showing off many of the Wii U exclusive's features.

This includes controlling a green sprite with the touchscreen to elongating pillar-like creatures in the ground, shrink accordion-style barriers, slice ropes, shift platforms, extinguish flaming eyes, launch fireworks and tickle shield bearing enemies to reveal their weak spots.

There's also some gesture control elements, such as spinning the GamePad to rotate a wheel lined with spikes on one end.

Ubisoft's follow-up to Rayman Origins is due out this Christmas.
