Pac-Pix gets UK release date

First Pac-Man game to involve drawing things with a small plastic stick will be in the shops on May 20.

Namco's ancient ghost-busting classic is going all arty later this month with the European release of Pac-Pix for the Nintendo DS on May 20th.

The game revolves around drawing your very own Pac-Man using the DS' touch-screen and stylus. The bigger you draw him, the slower he'll move, and you can create up to three Pac-Men on the screen at a time.

It's then a matter of directing them to attack the ghosts, which vary in their abilities and speeds, by drawing arrows and bombs, and solving the odd puzzle that comes your way.

You can read our first impressions of the game here, and there are some screenshots too. Pac-Pix goes on sale May 20, with an RRP of £29.99.
