THQ's way of compensating the nine-month wait for Darksiders on PC will be to give away free games.
Those who pre-order on Direct2Drive will receive a free copy of Red Faction: Guerrilla; those who pre-order on GameTap will get a free copy of Company of Heroes; and those who pre-order on Steam will get a free copy of Titan Quest: Gold Edition.
The PC edition of Darksiders will be released on Thursday.
Darksiders was released at the very start of 2010 on PS3 and Xbox 360. Tom Bramwell reviewed the game for Eurogamer.
