COD: Black Ops zombies spotted again

VC them clear as day.

A spooky viral Call of Duty: Black Ops website has been spotted. It confirms that zombies are in the game. But are they Nazi zombies, Vietcong zombies or Russian communist zombies?

GKNOVA6, the name of the website, is a codename that has been used numerous times by Activision in relation to Black Ops teases in the past.

The website shows eight television screens each with footage of various zombie outbreaks or attacks. There are uniformed zombies - possibly the Nazi zombies from World at War - as well as civilian zombies.

Yesterday, strategy guide maker Bradygames published a product description that mentioned an unannounced co-op Nazi zombie game mode.

"That's the information we were provided by Bradygames," a UK representative told Eurogamer today.

Activision has offered only "no comment" on the news so far.

Nazi zombies appeared in a wave-based co-op multiplayer mode in Call of Duty: World at War - Treyarch's last instalment in the COD series.

Call of Duty: Black Ops will be released on 9th November.
