Surgeon Simulator dev reveals first slice of I Am Bread gameplay

Love it or loaf it?

I Am Bread, the new game from Surgeon Simulator developer Bossa Studios, lets you play as a slice of bread.

It is "the beautiful story of one slice of bread's epic and emotional journey as it embarks upon a quest to become toasted," Bossa explained.

Each bread corner is controlled by its own button, allowing for QWOP-like controls.

The game's first trailer shows you ambling along kitchen counters, climbing walls and hanging off of ceiling fans.

You can also pick up other items - including plates, knives, skateboards and licorice allsorts - to help you on your mission.
