'Next chapter' of Saga of Ryzom released

The first part of it, anyway, featuring items and bosses. Details on what else you get and what else to expect courtesy of Nevrax.

French developer Nevrax has begun the release of the "next chapter" of The Saga of Ryzom, issuing the first of three instalments of new content to players of the game this week.

This week's update counts some unique new items and named boss monsters amongst changes, and Nevrax CEO David Cohen-Corval says that other updates will include "player-versus-player combat (PvP) in designated areas of Atys, mounts, a player encyclopaedia, the first 'rite' missions together with their associated rewards, and much, much more".

The second instalment of new content is set to be released next Tuesday, December 21st, with the third following just over a fortnight later on January 6th, 2005.
