Here's Johnny Cage in Mortal Kombat 11

NetherRealm has revealed Johnny Cage for Mortal Kombat 11.

IGN has the Johnny Cage reveal trailer, which shows how the Mortal Kombat veteran looks in the upcoming fighting game.

We can see Cage's trademark green energy blob fireballs and green-infused flash kicks. He's also got some eye-catching new moves that tie in to Cage being a Hollywood action star. One move sees a stunt-double hold his opponent, leaving them powerless to prevent a trademark Cage punch to the balls.

Another move sees Cage blind his opponent by taking a picture of them with a camera, before chewing them up with a chainsaw pulled from his pocket. Cage can also dash his sunglasses for a ranged attack. At one point we see Cage stab his enemy with a movie award.

I reckon Cage's fatality is hilarious. He has to do multiple takes of punching his opponent's head clean off. Eventually he manages it, but the dismembered head is stuck on Cage's fist. Of course, Cage chucks it at the camera, while giving us all the finger. Superb!

Cage is the 14th character to be revealed for Mortal Kombat 11, with more to come ahead of the game's 23rd April 2019 release date.
