GTA Online is getting a new high-stakes heist mission next week
Its first since 2015!
Rockstar has announced Doomsday Heist, a brand-new heist for Grand Theft Auto Online.
Doomsday Heist is the first new co-operative multiplayer heist mission to be added to GTA Online in over two years, bringing the total up to six. It's arrival is a bit of a surprise given that Rockstar had previously appeared to downplay the likelihood of new heist content.
Doomsday Heist brings together "a billionaire tech mogul, an idealistic intelligence agent, a socially awkward conspiracy theorist and a neurotic supercomputer" in order to save San Andreas from destruction.
"As apocalyptic threats mount from enemies unknown," says Rockstar, "you and your criminal crew are enlisted to un-tangle mysteries and eradicate threats spanning from the bustling streets of downtown Los Santos to the ocean floor and all the way to the inner depths of Mount Chiliad."
Doomsday Heist will arrive in an update to GTA Online next Tuesday, December 12th.
