Goat Simulator screams onto PS3, PS4 in August

The bleat goes on.

Goat Simulator will weave its way onto PlayStation 3 and PS4 from 11th August.

The game is basically the same version that arrived for Xbox One earlier in the year, although now features a joke "GoatVR" mode.

This "simulated GoatVR experience" doesn't require any extra hardware - no special herdset, for instance.

"Although it's not quite ready yet we felt it better to stay ahead of the crowd and let it out into the wild," Goat Simulator console developer Double Eleven explained.

"We still need to do that part where it connects to an actual headset but for now you can enjoy a simulated GoatVR experience without it."

PC players recently got the Goat Simulator meets DayZ experience GoatZ. Meanwhile, the earlier Goat MMO expansion was recently confirmed for Xbox One.
