Watch: Deus Ex: Mankind Divided looks meaner, uncannier

Plus more videos from Outside Xbox.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution's black and gold palette, obsession with triangles and exceptional trenchcoat made it visually distinctive, but its style has evolved into something meaner and more uncanny for follow-up Mankind Divided. Executive art director Jonathan Jacques-Belletête shows us how in the video below.

Lara Croft's outerwear, on the other hand, is less sleekly futuristic and more tundra-appropriate for Rise of the Tomb Raider, in which the world's most violent archaeology graduate is stranded in a big, chilly open world. In Show of the Week we warm up for murdering mercenaries in frosty Siberia with a brisk Tomb Raider quiz.

In the warmer, more fictional nation of Just Cause 3's Medici, you can hook multiple items at once with tethering lines, then retract the tethers to slam those items together, launch them skywards, or bring whole structures crashing down. Mike and Andy put multi-tether versatility to the test in the new gameplay footage below.

That was your free sample of Outside Xbox videos, with our compliments. For further videos, join us at outsidexbox.com, and actually those videos are free as well.
