Ubi trademarks Driver: The Recruit

Could an announcement be imminent?

Ubisoft has trademarked the game title Driver: The Recruit.

You can see for yourself over at the website of the US Patents Office. The patent refers to "Game software and electronic game programs". It covers software stored on disc and cartridge as well as downloadable games.

So could another instalment in the Driver series be on the way? Looks that way. The BBC, Sony and Ubisoft boss Yves Guillemot have all previously suggested there's one in development.
