Tekken 7 gets a brand new character called Leroy Smith

And he's bad ass.

Bandai Namco has announced season three of Tekken 7 - and it adds a brand new character.

Leroy Smith is described as a "seasoned master of martial arts" who, 50 years ago, lost his family and home in New York as part of a gang conflict. He's back - and he's bringing his Wing Chun with him.

Season three also adds Zafina to the game. Zafina is an Egyptian martial artists who made her debut in Tekken 6 and she looks as tricky and unpredictable in Tekken 7 as she was in its predecessor. She has multiple stances (you can see her spider stance in the video) and a claw from her demonic left hand.

Zafina comes out in September 2019 alongside the launch of season three. Leeroy Smith is due out before the end of 2019. Two more characters are due out by spring 2020, alongside a new "feature", a new stage and new moves for all characters.
