Skullgirls dated next month on PC

Girls of summer.

Stylish cel-shaded fighter Skullgirls is coming to PC on 22nd August, developer Lab Zero Games has announced.

According to the announcement on the game's Facebook page, pre-orders will begin on 1st August on Steam.

When it's not working on the PC port, Lab Zero is currently adding five new characters as DLC following its hugely successful Indiegogo campaign that utterly destroyed its $150K goal with $828,768.

EG-contributor Simon Parkin called Skullgirls a "welcome addition to the genre's bustling roster" in his review upon its initial XBLA release in April 2012.
