PSN: Two for PS3, three for PSP Minis

Sony has updated the PlayStation Store with a couple of downloadable games for PlayStation 3, three new PSP Minis and the latest round of regular PSP games - a mixture of old and brand new - as the platform holder makes good on its aim to digitise games past and present.

The PS3 games, first, are Comet Crash (£6.29 / €7.99) and Digger HD (£7.99 / €9.99). The former's a tower defence effort that came out in the US earlier this year and picked up handsome reviews, while the latter's a remake of an eighties PC game.

After a promising first week for the PSP Minis, things have calmed down a bit with the release of Sudoku, Mahjonng and something called Yummy Yummy Cooking Jam. Elsewhere there's another PSone "classic", A Bug's Life.

Plenty of DLC available too, including Mothership Zeta and Point Lookout for Fallout 3's patient PS3-owning fans, and the usual pile of Rock Band and Guitar Hero 5 extras. "Gay Bar" by Electric Six, anyone? No, quite right.
