Route 206 Pokémon, trainers and items

Route 206 has two parts to it: the upper cycling road, which requires you to ride your bike the entire way, and the lower part beneath the cycle road that still requires a bike to access, but can otherwise be traversed on foot as usual.

There is, also, a cave that can be accessed from Route 206's lower part. It's called Wayward Cave, and requires Flash for you to traverse properly - there are a few trainers and items in there but in the main section accessible now (in the top-right corner of the lower part of the route, if you're interested), there's nothing essential.

On top of that, there is also a secret entrance to Wayward Cave, located on the lower part of the route at the northernmost crossing under the bike path, but you'll need Strength to access it, which you won't get for a long while yet. Once you have that available, we'll guide you through what Wayward Cave has to offer!

For now, cycle down the route battling as many trainers as you like (you can also cycle up hill if you want to, it's just a bit slower), and explore the lower part if you fancy that too. Then, it's on to Oreburgh City to quickly heal up, and Route 207, covered further below.

Route 207 Pokémon, trainers and items

The bottom of Route 206 joins with Route 207 to the east, and Oreburgh City to the south - heal up in Oreburgh if you need to after that lengthy route of trainers, then head east onto Route 207, a short route towards Mt. Coronet.

As you enter the route you'll be approached by Lucas/Dawn and given the Vs. Seeker, which lets you find rematches with trainers you've already battled. She also gives you the Dowsing Machine app for your Pokétch, which lets you search the nearby area for hidden items - it's very useful, but pretty clunky to actually use - we'll note any hidden items on the routes as you go in this walkthrough, so it's better to save this for narrowing it down once you get close, as opposed to trawling every square of every route!

Head east, gather the items, and into Mt. Coronet - it's just a short walk through there for now. That mountain opens up dramatically once you have a few more HMs!
