EA has announced that FIFA Street 2, the sequel to the hit urban football sim, is currently in development for PC, PS2, PSP, GameCube and Xbox.

We're promised "four on four gameplay action which captures the passion and flair of real street football," and the chance to humiliate your opponents with the new "trick stick beat system". You can also expect over the top juggling moves and "all-new gamebreakers that allow you to win a game like never before."

Everything is much bigger, faster and generally better, apparently, and more than 300 top players and 20 national teams to choose from. International locations range from the beaches of Brazil to London's "famous Westway", whatever that is.

FIFA Street 2 is being developed by EA Canada and will be published under the EA SPORTS BIG brand next spring.
