New GOG sale finally offers juicy Witcher 3 discount

Morhen I was expecting.

GOG now offers the first significant Witcher 3 discount I'm aware of, slicing 50 per cent off the price, bringing the game to £25. The offer kicks off a Black Friday-inspired, five-day discount binge known as the 'Only on GOG.com' sale.

The Witcher 3 deal is the bait but the real meat of the sale is heavily discounted bundles of old games, which are GOG's speciality after all. There's a D&D Classic bundle stuffed with 10 games, including all the golden oldies such as Baldur's Gate, Planescape: Torment and Icewind Dale. Then again, if that's your fancy - a long and old-fashioned role-playing adventure - why not try Obsidian's Pillars of Eternity instead? It's heavily inspired by those games and plays a lot like them - and it's new. Our reviewer Richard Cobbett went as far to call Pillars "the Baldur's Gate 3 we never got".
