Lich King Collector's Edition details

Alongside the confirmed 13th November release date, Blizzard has announced details of a Collector's Edition for World of Warcraft expansion, Wrath of the Lich King.
According to the press release, the box will contain the following:
- The Art of World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King, a 208-page art book with exclusive images.
- An exclusive in-game pet: Frosty, the baby frost wyrm.
- A behind-the-scenes DVD with developer interviews, the Wrath of the Lich King intro cinematic with director's commentary, and more.
- A 21-track official soundtrack CD, with exclusive bonus tracks.
- A mouse pad featuring a map of the new continent from the expansion, Northrend.
- Two World of Warcraft Trading Card Game starter decks, plush two exclusive cards available only in the Collector's Edition.
No details of any pre-order campaigns or incentives. You should get it for the soundtrack CD, though. Even by Blizzard's standards, it's a great score.
