BioWare has revealed that Dan Tudge, executive producer of the entire Dragon Age franchise, has left to join Disney as vice president of Propaganda Games.

He'll lead the 130-strong Propaganda team as it develops two unannounced projects, one of which is rumoured to be an RPG. Propaganda most recently re-hashed dinosaur shooter Turok for Xbox 360 and PS3.

Tudge will be replaced at BioWare by Mark Darrah, according to Gamasutra, who counts past experience on Neverwinter Nights and Baldur's Gate - the game that Dragon Age is supposed to be a spiritual successor to.

There's no word yet on the circumstances surrounding Tudge's departure and whether there was any skulduggery involved. We do hope there was.
