Dark Souls Covenants: How to join Way of White, Forest Hunter, Chaos Servant, Warrior of Sunlight, Princess' Guard, Blade of the Darkmoon, Darkwraith and Path of the Dragon

How to join the many Dark Souls Covenants.

Dark Souls Covenants are a unique system that tie into the game's multiplayer.

As you explore the game and chat to various characters, you'll be invited to join Covenants, which has various rules and functions for how you play competitively with other players.

These Covenants - Way of White, Forest Hunter, Chaos Servant, Warrior of Sunlight, Princess' Guard, Blade of the Darkmoon, Darkwraith and Path of the Dragon - all have different uses; some encourage PvP, while others can give you unexpected covenant items and rewards.

You will likely not be able to join a few of these covenants straight away, as some are gated behind the order in which you tackle areas.

Regarding covenant rankings, you will be able to level them up through giving them Covenant items, which you'll be able to rank up at the following levels - +1 for 10 items, +2 for 30 items, and +3 for 80 items.
