COD's zombie Nazis unlocked for consoles

Nacht der Untoten playlist set free.

Treyarch has unlocked Call of Duty: World at War's "Nacht der Untoten" playlist - the one where you and up to three friends fight off waves of zombie Nazis.

The playlist is now available to all on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network. Previously you had to complete the single-player game to access it.

As well as scoring points by bonking the yellow-eyed undead, you can also score by reinforcing your surroundings against their attacks.

And if for some reason you're playing Call of Duty online today, you picked a good time, because it's still a double-XP weekend until 10am PST, which is 6pm GMT in old money.

PC owners wondering why they're missing out for now might want to consult Treyarch's comments late last week explaining the patch process.
