Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 has taken the top spot for a fifth week on the trot, equalling Lego Batman 2's 2012 top-spot tally.

"Ho ho ho!"

Hitman: Absolution surged into second with a 91 per cent sales boost because of some price cut or other.

FIFA 13 was third, Just Dance 4 fourth and Far Cry 3 fifth. Assassin's Creed 3 was sixth, Halo 4 seventh, Need for Speed: Most Wanted eighth and Lego Lord of the Rings ninth.

Sweaty wrestlers 13 rounded out the chart in 10th.

Further down, Nintendo Land - the best selling Wii U game - spent its third week in 39th.

That's that - back to Christmas shopping.
