Sony making Getaway movie

Sony Pictures is in final negotiations to secure the film rights to The Getaway, The Hollywood Reporter reports - presumably from Hollywood. Sony's Screen Gems label will apparently handle production early next year, so that the game coincides with the release of the sequel during 2004.
