Bethesda just announced The Elder Scrolls: Legends, a free-to-play strategy card game.
We don't have more information at this point. Bethesda said it's out on PC and iPad later in 2015.
Here's the official blurb:
"Dive into the newest adventure in The Elder Scrolls series with The Elder Scrolls: Legends - a free-to-play strategy card game.
