Reliably cheerful and talkative Football Manager developer Sports Interactive has set up a page on MySpace, where the team intends to blog about some of the new features going into the 2007 edition, as well as its other games, and engage in a bit of banter with the likes of you. It's all accessible through, and already there are some updates on Out of the Park Baseball 2006, Eastside Hockey Manager 2007 and of course our old pal FM.

Described as part one of many, the first FM update talks about how the latest version's been updated to be more user-friendly. Steps taken include the addition of icons used in the Xbox 360 version and regular hints and tips. "Even I've learnt things about the game that I didn't know about," host Miles Jacobson admits about them.

The full Football Manager 2007 boasts over 100 new features, he says, and of course it'll be out later this year on PC, Mac and Intel Mac, Xbox 360 and PSP.
