Ubisoft has announced that Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow will debut worldwide on Xbox and PC at the end of March, with a matching GBA sequel due out at the same time.

However in a statement today, Ubi admitted that "due to development issues, and the group's commitment to making these versions the same high quality as the Xbox version, the PS2 and GameCube [SKUs] will launch at a later date. This date is still to be confirmed."

All four major versions - Xbox, PC, PS2 and Cube - along with their GBA cousin had been pencilled in for launch on March 26th more or less worldwide. After the original proved so popular on Xbox however, this setback will no doubt prove relatively minor - if the game performs like its progenitor then it's likely to sell tremendously on Xbox and then outdo itself when the PS2 version pitches up.

You can see what we currently know about Pandora Tomorrow and find your way to a splendid 59MB trailer thanks to this preview, and you'll no doubt be delighted to hear that we recently found some more screenshots under the couch, which we've uploaded here. Enjoy.
