Zelda for DS: more evidence

Retail sources say a follow-up to Four Swords will indeed make an appearance on the new handheld.

Way back in October of last year,we reported that a follow-up to GBA title Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures was in development for the Nintendo DS.

Now Japanese retail sources say Nintendo has officially announced the game, according to a report on GameSpot, although a release date has yet to be confirmed.

Four Swords required up to four GBAs to be linked to a GameCube for multiplayer gaming, but the DS's wireless capabilities should mean things are a lot easier this time round.

We'll bring you more news as soon as we get it.
