Mortal Kombat Skarlet DLC finally on PS3

Warner Bros. delivers late fighter.

Mortal Kombat's missing fighter Skarlet has turned up on PlayStation 3, just in time for the weekend.

Sony has tweeted that Skarlet is now finally available from the PS Store, following previous fan outcry at her delay.

The bikini-clad brawler was absent from this week's update in Europe, despite making her US appearance on Tuesday as planned.

Fan upset was intensified by "incorrect" pricing for the game's Klassic Skin Pack, which was originally listed at almost double the US price.

"Unfortunately, due to some technical issues, the Mortal Kombat Skarlet DLC will not be available to PSN users in Europe until next week," Mortal Kombat publisher Warner Bros. told Eurogamer yesterday.

"All users will have access to the compatibility pack and free classic skins – Cyrax and Sektor - once Skarlet is available."
