Kinect has a permanent price drop in the US

But there are no plans to do the same in Europe.

Kinect has seen a price drop to $109.99 in the US, Microsoft's Major Nelson has announced.

It used to be $149.99.

The Xbox 360 motion-sensing peripheral will also see a permanently reduced price in the rest of North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific regions. As of 4th October, the price drop will extend to include Australia and New Zealand as well.

Sadly, there are no plans to lower the price in Europe or Japan. Boo-urns!
