Game On! coming to London in June

HMV set to sponsor new eSports expo.

HMV has signed up to sponsor Game On! London, a new expo and eSports event being held this summer.

The expo will take place at the Olympia Exhibition Centre between 20th and 21st June and more than 25,000 people are expected to attend. Planned events include the Dell XPS Premiership Season One finals, where the UK's top eSports teams will fight it out.

"Game On! London represents a superb opportunity to create a memorable landmark event that will enable us to get even closer to the game-playing customers that we value so much," said HMV gamesboss Tim Ellis.

"Working in close partnership with UkeSA, our key aim is to bring all facets and genres of gaming together under roof to create a very special and unforgettable two-day festival of gaming."
