Epic Games teases Nintendo reveal?

Epic Games is set to make an announcement at 10AM PST - that's 6PM UK time, and towards the end of Nintendo's imminent press conference.
Vice president Mark Rein teased the incoming reveal via Twitter:
"We have another pretty cool announcement coming today at around 10AM PST :)" the Tweet reads.
Will Epic Games be showing off an Unreal Engine for Nintendo's soon-to-be unwrapped Project Cafe?
