EG Expo attracts UK soap stars

Emmerdale stars Alex Carter and James Hooton descended on the Eurogamer Expo 2009 today in Leeds.

Carter, who plays Jamie Hope in the popular British soap, told us he was currently engrossed in Call of Duty: World at War.

"People call me Lee off Hollyoaks," opened Carter, confusingly, although that explained where we knew him from. Carter said he and Hooton play together online.

"It's a bit geeky," added Hooton, better known as his Emmerdale character Samuel Dingle. "We've both got Xbox 360s, but I've also got a PS3, so we've had a bit of banter playing World at War on the Xbox [360]."
